How To Get Rid Of Period Pain

This pain cannot be eradicated because nature has placed this pain in women's life. However, if some home remedies are tried, this pain can be reduced to some extent. Abdominal pain and tightness and fatigue make you so tight that you forcefully hold the bed. Women often eat pen killers for pain relief. But now you do not need to eat this pen killer because we are telling you some ways that you can get rid of this pain at home.
1. Turmeric milk one of the best remedies, Grind raw turmeric and cook it in milk.Turmeric contains endometrium relax and also produces body heat, so you get rid of this pain.
2. Drinking juice of celery with beetroot, carrot, ginger, and cucumber.it does not cause pain during periods.
3. If there is a lot of pain, then add some basil leaves and cloves to it while making tea. Drinking this tea will give relief from pain.
4. With a bottle of hot water, compress the lower abdomen. Also, compress the back. It will also provide great comfort.
5. Fenugreek seeds can also be found to relieve period pain. For this, soak 1 teaspoon fenugreek in 1 cup of water for 7-8 hours. Now boil this water. When the water remains half, drink it.
6. Exercise is effective to reduce menstrual pain. If you do an activity like yoga, walking, jogging, aerobics, then you get relief from this pain but do not do it during periods.
7. Massaging your back and lower abdomen with essential oils can relieve menstrual cramp pain.
