5 Ways To Boost Immunity For Covid 19



Coronavirus infection is spreading very fast in all over the world and so far no medicine has been found to treat it. And there is no cure for the disease that lots of people have died, and many people are still suffering from the disease, but the other side good thing is that many people have been cured and they are now with their family. They are now fine because of their immune system. yes, you heard right that due to their immune system, those people have saved their lives from this dangerous disease and now they are ready to live a new life in a new way.

you have to strengthen your immunity because Covid-19 attacks those whose immunity is low. A strong immune system can protect you from any virus infection. And to keep the immune system strong we have to concentrate on our food. It is not necessary that by eating more we will become stronger. It is necessary to eat only the right and nutritious food. If our immunity system is strong, then we can fight against any disease.
Today I'll tell you about some special drinks which will be very easy to strengthen immunity by drinking.


1. Ayurvedic Kadha 

Ingredients - 1 tsp Ginger, 1/2 tsp Black Paper, 1 tsp Cardamom, 1 tsp Long, 6 pieces Tulsi leaves,1 tsp honey and 2 cups of water

Preparation - Boil all the ingredients in water and boil until the water is reduced from two cups to one cup. after that take honey mixed.



2. Herbal Tea 

Ingredients -  1/2 tsp Tea leaf, 1/2 tsp honey, 5 to 6 Tulsi leaves,

Preparation -Boil Tulsi leaves & Tea leaves in the water. Boil till the 5 minutes and do mix, honey.




3.Turmeric Milk

Ingredients - 200 ml milk, 1/2 tsp turmeric milk, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder, 1 tsp honey (optional)

Preparation - Boil milk with turmeric powder, serve in a glass and do mix cinnamon powder and honey.



4. Ginger Turmeric  Tea 

Ingredients - One cup of water,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp Chopped Ginger

Preparation - Boil all the ingredients in the water till 5 minutes.




5. Garlic honey drink

Ingredients - One Cup of water, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp honey 

Preparation -Take one cup of hot water and do mix lemon Juice and honey.
